Placing an Order

Valid prescription orders can be sent to our pharmacy in three ways:   A physician or nurse can call or fax the prescription to us: - Telephone Prescriptions:         800.850.9122 -  FAX Prescriptions:                 800.218.3221   A physician or nurse can electronically transmit the prescription through their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to us:   To better assist you, our team is currently working on an online ordering process which should be coming soon. In the meantime please fill the appropriate Enrollment form and Fax to us.

To expedite the processing of an order that might require a Prior Authorization we recommend that a disease specific Enrollment Form be completed and forwarded with the prescription(s). 

So that our reimbursement counselors have ample time to complete a comprehensive review of a patient’s insurance coverage, fully exhaust all possibilities for reimbursement and confirm all necessary insurance paperwork, we suggest that a prescription be submitted as soon as it is available.
