Our PRIME Program – Patient Rx Insurance Made Easy – conducts in-depth insurance investigations for patients every day. We check both the pharmacy and medical plans to uncover any possible coverage that you may have for your fertility medications. We will cut through the often-confusing technical insurance language to get at the answers you need, and call you with information on the coverage you have.
If you do not have insurance coverage, we will talk with you about enrolling in available manufacturer discount programs, which can save you 25-40% off the cash prices.

After business hours, our fertility clinician-on-call is available, should you have questions about your therapy.
My doctor told me that I will need to inject some of the medications myself and I’ve never done this. Can you help me?
Our pharmacy offers a number of resources to help you learn how to inject your medication. Our website features helpful injection teaching videos which allow you to view the information at your own pace, review the instructions and make sure you are comfortable with the process.

What if I need something right away?
Our pharmacy can safely send medication overnight, to anywhere in the United States, via national shipping services, to arrive at the destination of your choice.
How can I pay for my medications?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also send a certified bank check, or wire money to our pharmacy. We will ship your medication once payment is received.

I’m not going to be home to receive my package during the day, can you ship it to my work address?
Yes, we will send your medications to any address of your choice. To maintain confidentiality and respect your privacy, our packages have no marking on them indicating it has been sent from a pharmacy.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
When necessary, we can arrange for Saturday delivery. We sometimes suggest avoiding Saturday deliveries, because the level of service can differ in certain areas. We prefer to have the prescription delivered to you during the week, to ensure you receive your medication based on the treatment start date, to help you keep with the medication schedule prescribed by your doctor.
Do I have to be there to sign for the medication when it is delivered?
That is not necessary. Before shipping any order (new or refill) we will always make contact with you to confirm the delivery date, and agree on a safe place to leave your package, so that you can easily retrieve your delivery, on time.
