Specialty pharmacies handle medications that are considered the most complex for patients and often require special handling. Working with our pharmacists who are trained to handle these medications can make treatment easier for you. We also keep ample stock of medications available, so you can get started on medication a lot sooner. Our pharmacy team can also help with benefit investigations and clinical questions, and our pharmacists and nurses are available for around-the-clock emergency clinical support.

How do I get my medications from your pharmacy?

 

Simply call us at 800.850.9122. Our pharmacy team will work with you and your doctor’s office to fill your prescription and provide knowledgeable assistance and education. We also coordinate delivery of medications directly to your home or location of your choice. Experienced overnight carriers, such as UPS, are used to make sure the medications are carefully shipped. If your medications require special handling or refrigeration, they will be packed and shipped accordingly. There is no cost for shipping or handling.

 

Can I get all my prescriptions through your pharmacy?

 

We are focused on being the expert in providing specialty medications. We suggest you continue to use your regular pharmacy for all other medications. However, it is important for us to know about any changes to your medications that you are receiving at your regular pharmacy.  

 

How do I pay for my specialty medications at your pharmacy?

 

We accept Check-by-Phone, Money Orders and most major credit cards, including: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

 

What are your customer service hours?

Monday thru Friday:    9:00 am – 11:00 pm ET
Saturdays:                   8:00am – noon ET

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

 

When necessary, we can arrange for Saturday delivery. We sometimes suggest avoiding Saturday deliveries, because the level of service can differ in certain areas. We prefer to have the prescription delivered to you during the week, to ensure you receive your medication based on the start dates, to help you stick to the medication schedule, as prescribed by your doctor.

 

Do I have to be there to sign for the prescription when it is delivered?

 

That is not necessary. Before shipping any order (new or refill) we will always make contact with you to confirm the delivery date, and agree on a safe place to leave your package, so that you can easily retrieve your package on time.
